Advertorials

I've been seeing a lot of those Sun Life commercials lately, what with the working from home malarkey that's going on. You know, the frank and uninhibited explorations of mortality that would put Bermann to shame, along the lines of "when I'm gone please don't put me in a cardboard box and burn me".

I've a new advertising strap line for them, to be delivered by an avuncular grandad, possibly a vicar, getting a cuppa from him lovely missus of 40 years, pottering about in the garden shed:

" 'It's your funeral', they said. And you know, they were right!"
[Smiles, toasts his cuppa, slurps, winks].

What part of speech is that then?

He who refuted it, tooted it
He who sniffed it, emitted it
He who sniffed it, ripped it
He who rebuffed it, chuffed it.
He who disavowed it, allowed it.
He who traduced it, produced it.
He who eschewed it, construed it.
He who detected it, ejected it
He who berated it, created it
He who denounced it, bounced it
He who caught it, wrought it

He who smelt it, dealt it
He who articulated it, particulated it
He who denied, it supplied it

He who rebuts it, cuts it

He who repudiates it, radiates it
He who sniffs it, gifts it
He who hoots it, toots it

He who accuses, suffuses
